pineapple salsa food for thought

This tasty Food for Thought snack uses the concept of sweet and sour as a reminder that people we love have good and bad moments. The thing to remember is that nobody is perfect. There’s “sour” in this sweet and sour salsa we’re about to make and enjoy. The salsa is a little like our relationships ““ there’s a little bit of “sour” in them, but the overall effect is definitely sweet!  Check out our guest post over at Simply Sweet Home!

I love salsa, but I’m usually stuck in a bubble. I’m a sucker for restaurant salsa but anything past that tends to freak me out. We tried something similar to this recipe in Canada and it was actually really good. I’m curious to see how close this is. 🙂

Thank you for sharing with the SHINE Blog Hop this week!
