As a Sunday school teacher, we are always looking for ways to get our Sunday school material as economically as possible. One way is to ask for donations from church members.
Because most of the church members will not have costs associated with the youth education program, they will probably be willing to help you now and again with costs for supplies. Use some of your programs for your own benefit. For example, if you put on a play for a holiday, ask for a donation instead of an admission fee. You could request that everyone bring a craft item, such as a pack of markers or a package of dyed feathers. Let everyone know ahead of time why you need these donations. People are always more generous when they understand and believe in the cause to which they are donating.
Having a joint fundraiser and performance is a great way to stay involved in the church community as a whole. Work with the church leader to develop a program based on a holiday, and work to prepare the students for a performance. Most of them will love getting to express themselves creatively, and it will be a great teaching tool for you. If the words are meaningful and contain a good message, they will learn without knowing it, which is the best kind of learning.
It is also a great way to pull in older, wiser church members who might be able to offer some very good advice and leadership for your young people.

. I am currently doing my third year at Union Bible Institution. I have opened a Church ( Living With Grace Church) as at the 13th October 2019.
Currently our church have approximately (50) Sunday School children. On behalf of the church board I am extending this
heartfelt request for any kind of donations towards our Sunday School. We are having a program in our church for Sunday School children and saw it better for us to donate food , snacks , clothes, story books, bibles etc to them.

The Christian Association for Progress is an evangelical and social organization working in Pakistan to serve the disadvantaged communities since 2008. The CAP is running a school for disadvantaged children to give them education. Till now we have 325 students which are getting education free of cost. The building rent, monthly consumption bills, teachers salary as well the books and uniforms for students are being provided by the organization. Hi i am Andrew from Pakistan. I am a Christian person,i am married and have three kids by the grace of God. I have started Sunday school work with the help of my wife. I want to tell you about the condition of my Church. The Christian people of Pakistan are mostly poor,and thy have not their on home to live with their families.As you know that Pakistan is a Muslim Country and we can not attend the pray easily.The condition of my church is very poor. we have a Church boundary but there is no roof, and we say prayer in the wall boundary. I think it is very difficult to attend the prayer in the Church boundary with out roof in the winter.So please kindly i request you for help,so that we may be able to built the Church building in our area and say prayer easily. I hope not only hope but i am sure that you will consider my request and reply me as soon as possible. I will send you some pictures from my Church and also my Sunday school ministry soon.
