Youth Bible Game – Give the Money

In our Sunday school lesson today, we’re going to do a fun youth Bible game! And the name of the game is to give the most money away! David was a very, very rich king. He also gave lots and lots away. It is better to give than to receive.  This youth Bible game also works well with younger children.

“Give The Money” Youth Bible Game Rules:

Give every child pretend coins. For each child, that’s 8 little coins, 5 medium coins, and 8 big coins. Give every child a sandwich bag. Go around, and with a long piece of masking tape, tape the sandwich bag behind them, around their waists as follows: Open the sandwich bag, so the flap is standing up.

Rip off a piece of masking tape around three feet long.  Have the child face away from you with arms raised. Run the piece of tape around the front so that the halfway point is at the child’s belly button. Press down and around.

When you get to the back, stick the flap of the sandwich bad under the tape then let the tape overlap so it won’t come off. Each child should have a “pouch” behind him.

Goal Of The Game:

Chase around behind people and stick your coins in their bag without them feeling it. The person who ends up with the least amount of money after five minutes of play wins.

Game Rules:

You have to leave your own coins in your own little pile on the table, in front of your chair.

You can only pick up three coins at a time and place them in somebody else’s pouch. No holding tightly to pouches, as they can rip!

If you feel someone touching your pouch you should spin away so they can’t dump their money on you!

Finish by telling your students, “Let’s all remember how GOOD it felt to give away money this week!”

Okay this is a tough question. My habnusd only makes 1200/month. I know it isn’t much at all. We are both looking for jobs, but not much luck. Anyways, we need another car, but we can’t afford to pay cash right now and we can’t really afford much on payments. I want a mini van or big car. My question is: Are there any places in Houston, TX that will let you get a car w/out a down payment? And only pay like $100/month? I know sounds crazy to ask, but it won’t hurt to try. Thanks for your answers in advance.Okay, let’s get one thing straight! I can afford to pay for my child! We have everything he needs and more! We already have a car. I just want a second car so I can get to my job when I find one. Don’t be so judgmental. We are like lots of other people in the U.S. who live pay check to pay check. We go to school so we can only work so many hours a week. Some people are just so rude!
