Pumpkin Prayer Sunday School Activity

It’s starting to feel a lot like Fall in my neck of the woods! I’m digging out my sweaters and drinking lots of apple cider to keep warm.

With the Fall comes the harvest season- and I’m sure you’re seeing those pumpkins springing up in the stores! Often kids look at autumn as the end of summer fun. The truth is it has always been considered the wonderful time for “reaping” in history.

Here’s a great little “Pumpkin Prayer” Bible activity you can use with your Sunday School class or your own children at home.  This is a great halloween alternative idea that still allows children to enjoy carving pumpkins:
